For groups of 45 persons or more, the following additional options are available for your group's visit:

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER TOUR
KSCVC buses depart continuously from bus boarding to shuttle your guests to our two tour destinations.

Timed Departure
KSCVC bus departs at designated time for first tour stop, and then the group is responsible for completing tour on their own.

Foreign Language Tours
Our new fleet of motor coaches is equipped with closed circuit televisions and DVD capabilities. This new technology allows for subtitles to be run simultaneously with the video during the KSC tour in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. Additionally, for groups of 45 or more, scheduled departure may be arranged through your sales team representative. Your group would then have the option of providing a translator to assist the KSCVC tour guide. We also have brochures and visitor guides available in the following languages: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish

GROUP BOOKING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Guaranteed number of visitors must be confirmed 72 hours in advance of scheduled visit with a sales associate at (321) 449-4400. If actual number of the group exceeds guaranteed number, KSCVC will make every effort to accommodate additional persons but cannot guarantee timed departure, Special Interest Tour or meal options. If actual number is less than guaranteed number for Timed Departure, Special Interest Tour or any meal option, you will be responsible for payment of guaranteed number that was given 72 hours in advance of scheduled visit. For regular visits without any special arrangements, changes may be made at time of arrival.
